Tom Apke signed and inscribed 8x10 color team photo from when he was the head coach of the Appalachian Mountaineers Men's Basketball team. The signature and inscription are above his photo and is in black ink. The item iteslf features multiple players along with coach Apke on the front. A picture of the back has been provided.
