Python Snake Scaled-Skin Leather Camera Strap - Custom, Handmade, Excellent.!!! I had two of these custom handmade by the Stash Company (stash-co.com) about 11 years ago. I paid $180. per strap and still have the receipts. They have never been used and have been carefully stored with other hiking, birding, cycling, climbing, photo gear in my gear closet. Much of which I am now selling. This particular strap is 2" wide, 5/16" thick and 48" long (not counting the metal end-clips). The texture of the skin is generally smooth especially in the direction that the scales are pointing. Still smooth going against the scales but not quite as smooth (if that makes any sense - if not, please ask questions). The scales are actually small which is nice. A very robust strap.
