I acquired a collection of shoes that were custom made in Italy by the brand Mauri...they easily retail for $1200 and you will never see another pair like these. The vamp design is very sleek looking and created using alligator skin and plain leather. Brass is used as a decorative piece with the laces and gives the shoes a real glamourous appeal. The heels are stacked leather and as you can see the soles are thick. The laces have tassels with a goldtone ball at each end. They are extremely well made by hand and the brand Mauri was Shaquille O'Neal's favorite brand. These shoes need the right guy to carry them off and can be worn with jeans or dressed up.
